Subject: 1996 Division Singles Championship

Congratulations, you placed either first or second at a mid-season's captain's meeting in your division. If you qualified in more than one division, you will compete for the championship of the highest division in which you qualified.

The format of the championship will be blind draw, single elimination, best 2 of 3 (501, cricket, diddler's choice) to the top four. Top four will play a round robin, best 2 of 3 (501, cricket, diddler's choice).

The first place finisher in each division will receive a trophy and a polo-style shirt. The second place finisher will receive a trophy. Third and fourth will receive plaques.

The championships will be held December 7, 1996 in the following locations. Registration is from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the tournament beginning as soon as possible thereafter. Please be on time.
